The Foundation Stone Of Town Hall Pattoki Was Laid By F.C. Bourne Esquire I.C.S, Deputy Commissioner Lahore On 27Th July 1940 A.D. Town Hall Pattoki Is Now Renamed As Jinnah Hall. At That Times, Kasur Was A Part Of Lahore District That Was Separated From Lahore In 1976 A.D And Became District Itself.
