These are photographs of English commemoratives stone and British times grand beautiful building of 130 years old Water Works Wells located at Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. These water works wells are publicly famous as Dumlotee Wells. Mr. Imran William says, "The historic Dumlotee wells still constitute a part of the Karachi Water and Sewerage Boardís (KWSB) water supply network and provide a justification for the salaries of dozens of board workers,
Moreover, the lifting of sand from the Malir River bed for construction purposes has reduced the water-supplying capacity of the wells to a great extent
These wells were designed to supply water on gravity principles. Two supply lines having 48-inche diameter and 25-mile length each were laid from Dumlotee Conduit, suited behind Memon Goth in Malir to Lines Area via Malir Cantonment, University Road, and Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block-6, to Temple Currie Reservoirs in Lines Area."

" Karachi Muncipality Water Works Well No. 6 completed in March 1929, designed and Supervised by Mr. Measham Lea C. I. E., O. B. E., M. I. D. E., Chief Engineer. Constructed by Mr. E. A. Hilton Superintendent, Mr. Abdul Ghani Sub Engineer."
