A Brief History Of Pakhtoon Cultural Museum Is Written In These Words On The Commemorative Stone Of Pakhtoon Cultural Museum Peshawar.
' Work On Pashtoon Cultural Museum Pashto Academy University Of Peshawar Was Started In 2006 As The Dream Of The Director Pashto Academy Prof. Dr. Salma Shaheen To Preserve The Pashtoon Cultural Heritage For The Coming Generation. The Project Was Founded By HEC (Higher Education Commission) Which Provided A Grant Of Rs. 23.097 Millions. The Foundation Stone Was Laid By The Then Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Lieutenant General Ali Muhammad Jan Orakzai On March 09,2006. After The Revival Of Pashto Academy In 2010 With The Support Of Provincial Government Of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Work on The Said Museum Was Completed In 2010.
The Following People And Bodies Helped And Cooperated In The Completion Of Said Building:
