These are photographs of original preserved commemorative stone and ruins of Murree Brewery located at Ghora Gali Murree Hills, Punjab, Pakistan. Now this original commemorative stone of Murree Brewery is preserved by Murree Brewery Company at its head office Rawalpindi. Murree Brewery Company was established in 1860 at Ghora Gali to meet the beer requirements of British Indian army officers. It was managed by Edward Dyer. The name of Present Chief Executive of Murree Brawary is Mr. Isphanyar Bhandara. The company also established a distillery at Quetta which was destroyed during Earthquake of 1935. Murree Brewery Company is the largest and oldest beer manufacturing company in Pakistan. Murree Brewery Company manufactures alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Famous products of Murree Brawary are Murree's Beers, Murree's Vodkas, Murree's Jins, Murree's Whiskies, Murree's Rum, Murree's Brandy, Big Family, Murree Brewery Malt and Big Apple. At this time, Murree Brewery Company has two manufacturing units at Rawalpindi Punjab and at Hattar Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.


The building of Murree Brewery at Ghora Gali Murree Hills was brunt by  local Muslims of Murree during Independence of Pakistan.
