Gurudwara Sri Kiara Sahib Nankana Sahib is one of the holiest Gurdwaras of Sikhism. At his young age when Guru Nanak Dev Ji used to graze cattles, the buffaloes belonging to Guru Nanak Dev Ji ruined the crop 🌾 of the farmer. The farmer complained Rai Bhular who with the farmer went there on the spot to examine the damage. But they were astonished to see the field because there was no damage of the crop. The field turned green with a kind look of Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj.

Gurudwara Sri Kiara Sahib is situated in the same field. Trilingual commemorative board describes this historic information:

"Gurudwara Sri Kiara Sahib

At this sacred place buffaloes belonging to Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj, ruined the crop of the farmer. After spiritual power of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, it became more greener again."
