Old Building Narnaul Haryana

These are photographs of Persian inscriptions and an old building located at Mohalla Islampura Narnaul District Mahendergarh, Haryana, India. Dr.Subhash Parihar Sahib translated the Persian commemorative stones in this way:

Reading of the inscriptions:NARNAUL INSCRIPTION

"Che Mubarak sahar-i bud wa ache farkhnde shabe  (line missing)
Kya babarkat subah thi aur kya Mubarak raat thi
Aan shab-i Qadar ke in tazeh bar atam dadand
Wo shabe qadar jisne mujhe taaza dastavez de di

Man agar kam rav gushttam wa khushdil che ajab
Mein agar kamyab aur khushdil ho gaya to kya ta’zub hai
Mustahaq budam wa inha bazkatam dadand (line missing)
Mein musthaq tha aur yeh cheezein unhon ne mujhe khairat mein de di

Hatif aan rav az beman mashurde in daulat dad
Is farishte ne isi din mujhe is daulat ki khushkhabari de di
Ke be-bazar-i ghamat sabra-o-shubatum dadand
Jab ke tere gham ke bazar mein mujhe sabra aur tikao de diya

Himmat-i  Hafiz wa anfas-i sahar khizan bud
Hafiz ki batani tawaza aur subh ke uthne walon ke saans the
Ke az bande gham ayam nazatam dadand
Ke unhon ne zamana keg ham se mujhe nazat de di"

Historic Rattan Singh Da Khooh Lahore

These photographs are of Urdu/English commemorative stone and the site of Rattan Singh's well located near Nawab of Bhawalpur Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan Abbasi Academic Block Punjab University Old Campus Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Its original structure is intact. Historic Rattan Singh's well has been filled with dumping material. Commemorative stone describes this information:

"رتن سنگھ دا کھوہ

تاریخی رتن سنگھ دا کھوہ اس جگہ پر ہے۔ اصل تعمیر کردہ کنواں اُسی طرح موجود ہے۔ اسے ملبے سے بند کر دیا گیا ہے۔

Historic 'Rattan Singh Da Khooh' is situated here. Its original structure is intact. It has been filled with dumping material."

These are some photographs of English commemorative stone and old times Krishan Fountain located inside Government Murray College Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. This beautiful monumental fountain was built in memory of a student bamed Krishan Lal Chopra who died during F.Sc examination. Krishan Fountain was built in 1941by the his father, mother, brothers, sisters and grandmother.

In loving memory of Krishan Lal Chopra Born 13-3-1924 Died 23-4-1941 during the F.Sc examination. Erected by his father and mother Dr.Girdhari Lal Chopra Mrs. Lajwanti Chopra and by his brothers 2nd Lieut. Piara Lal Chopra I.E., Madan Lal Chopra B.Sc, Charanjit Lal Chopra and by his grandmother Nrs. Tek Dai Ganesh Das."
